Expat training
Expat training consists of a tailor-made language and culture course. This training has been created especially for expats who have come to live in the Netherlands, or for Dutch expats who are going to work abroad.
By combining sessions about language and culture, participants can optimally prepare to live and work in a new environment.
Well-prepared for cultural differences
Alongside language sessions at their own level, students also receive training in intercultural communication. The focus is on building awareness of their own cultural background, dealing with cultural differences, and learning about customs in the country they are going to work in.
The training reduces the culture shock and prepares participants for possible cultural differences between themselves and their new colleagues. Ignoring cultural differences can unconsciously lead to awkward cooperation. This is unfortunate and unnecessary. This expat training helps students work more effectively with their new colleagues, which benefits the entire team.
Tailor-made training courses
It all starts with your needs. We always make sure we have a clear idea of your wishes and goals so that we can offer you training that exactly meets your needs. Course length, content, location and intensity are all discussed and agreed with you.
Culture training courses are provided by our partner Akteos and may also be taken separately.
